These plans dovetail with your organizational goals and objectives to establish measures of success.

Our personal mentoring plans are created within a three-action framework.

1. High Powered Leadership looks at which skills, behaviors and traits the protégé needs to modify when they are below industry or team standards.

2. We evaluate which new values, skills and behaviors need to be created.

3. Finally, we look at areas of weakness that need to be eliminated, because they stand in the way of personal and
business success.

We maintain contact with your people through an agreed upon plan. Frequently, a phone call or e-mail on a scheduled basis is all that is required. Some clients prefer a site visit by one of our staff to ensure ongoing success.
